Success Story of the Week! No more painkillers
May 8, 2013
The first thing I want to say is that people think as they get older, its old age causes these aches and pains. I now know its not. They keep taking pain killers and it’s not good for them. I was constantly taking pain killers.
I came first in February with a constant pain in my left leg and back. I’d been suffering since our Golden Wedding anniversary the previous July. My husband said it was too much dancing, and I thought it would get better, but it didn’t. I was getting bad tempered because of the constant pain. I had to have some support all the time. My doctor had said “pain killers” again but I was sick of taking them. My son, who is a sports fanatic, regularly goes to the chiropractor so I decided to give it a go. My leg and back pain have now completely gone. Occasionally, I get a bit stiff, but I can walk properly now without a walking stick. In fact my daughter-in-law who is a nurse was initially very sceptical. But the other day as we walked she had trouble keeping up with me, and she exclaimed “I had to run to keep up with you” and I said “Look at me now, I’m walking and it’s thanks to chiropractic”.
